Javeyeta’s letter came at the most opportune time. I was facing a very difficult decision. I received her letter and thought it wouldn’t hurt to give her a call. She was truly a pleasure to work with. I felt she cared and had my best interests in mind. I knew my home hadn’t been well-cared for due to my wife’s health. She didn’t mind the condition of the home. She bought it like it was and insisted that I didn’t try to clean it up for her. The process was quick and straightforward. There were so many issues that came up during the repairs (like tree roots had grown through the sewage system) but she never came back to ask for any additional money. I found her to be honest and trustworthy.
